Workout 11/19/05

I added free weights today (again).

Treadmill:

Time = 19:42 min.

Distance = 1 mile

Laps = 4

Speed = 3.5

Incline = 2.5

Calories = 121

Fat Calories 37.9

Free Weights:

Dumbell Rows = 10lbs - 3 Reps of 10

Tricep Kickbacks = 10lbs - 3 Reps of 10

I feel great and could have gone much longer if my other household duties didn't restrict the time I had for it this morning. :-)
